Hi Community!
About the Vesys 2.0, I have two questions, Could you give me some comment?
1> In Wiring digrams from Vesys 2.0, If I don’t write the “harness Attribute” for connectors, wirings, etc., the wiring information couldn’t be synchronized to harness diagrams.
But it’s easy to make mistakes when write the “harness Attribute” by hand, Does these mistakes can be checked by Vesys 2.0 itself?
2> In Harness diagrams from Vesys 2.0, how to create the sub-harness with different options in this software? Such as the “derivatives” in Capital or a “Configuration table” in Vesys Electrical.
Because this is difficult to manage out of software.

Hi
Please accept my aplologies for the delayed response.
In answer to your questions.
1) You have two options here.
You are able to select items in the design by attribute or property. If you set this to Harness and make the value equal to the harness you want to check all the associated items will be highlighted on the design.
You can write a custom report to provide all objects in the design with a particular harness attribute, if you are interested in this please read the following community document http://communities.mentor.com/mgcx/docs/DOC-2012
2) Composite breakdown is not supported in VeSys 2.0, I would suggest that if you are doing a lot of work in this area you should start investigating Capital HarnessXC
