Change is Essential

Hi All -

Last week I started a thread that sparked a lively discussion about the need to migrate more of our interactions to web-based and get away from reliance on live events/seminars. See the thread here.

This week I hope to start an even more livelier discussion.... a discussion about change and the recognition that we live in a hyper-competitive world where expoential change is the norm.

This leads me to think - how does this relate to the PCB world? Are we REALLY accepting change, are we driving change, are we open to adapting the way we do things?

Do we really take advantage of the technologies out there? I would challenge that, in general, there is an under-utilization and that could compromise our long-term ability to compete...

Anyway - below is link to an fascinating video (not PCB related!) - great food for thought.... as they say, "we are not in Kansas anymore"....

What do you all think?
