Cell Editor: Pattern Place from Excel

This program is a standalone program, based off of ALE's BGA creator. The intent of this program is to place pads based off of cordinates found in an excel spreadsheet.




To run the program:


  • Create a new cell
  • With Cell Editor open, open the program "ALE - Pattern Place.exe"
  • Provide the required information
  • Press "Place Pins" to start the process.



  • Released Backward-compatible VX.2.7 build (works with VX.2.7 and earlier versions)


Minimum Requirements:

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5
  • Library Manager/xDM Library Tools 100 or 200 or 300
  • Available License:
    • Library Manager/xDM Library Tools 100 or 200 or 300
  • Write access to a central library



  • Released Backward-compatible VX.2.3 build (works with VX.2.3 and earlier versions)



  • Released Backward-compatible VX.2.0 build (works with VX.2 and earlier versions)



  • Initial Release
