Expedition PCB DR / WA : Delete all tie legs in the design.

Version 1

This script is provided in lieu of DR 931443 "Getting error message that "Inconsistent user edited tie legs found", but logfile InconsistentCustomTies.txt is missing."

This script deletes all tie legs in the design but since the design is in dynamic plane state, those tie legs will be re-created right away by dynamic plane engine.  So the script can help getting rid of any bad tie legs and can help in clearing up those error messages.

    1. Execute the script on a copy of the design first.
    2. Download the DeleteAllTieLegs.txt file, and replace the .txt extension of the attached file to .vbs
    3. In Expedition PCB, set all plane layers to Dynamic state (if they are not already).
    4. Drag and drop the script onto the running instance of the design in Expedition.
    5. Save, exit and re-invoke Expedition to see if error persists.
