I'm not at all familiar with that product but I did find a TechNote on Supportnet that contains a very similar error message.
In a nutshell, it discussed how the user had only 64MB of ram but needed possibly 256MB.
I've seen a similar unhandled exception but I'm pretty sure that the exception was a different number.
Have you tried disabling VeSys and just running AutoCAD to see if you get the same message? This will identify if it is a conflict between VeSys and AutoCAD.

Updating to 2008.2 fixed a similar issue for them (I believe the 2008.1 SP1 also has the same fix included). Please let me know if this resolves your issue.
