that sounds like the 'Search' at the top of the Support Centre page.
Have you added any Products yet? Try adding products, then select a product and search from that page.

Thanks for answer, I have added Xpedition in My Products list, but still get no results.
Do you know if there is another setting that I am missing?
I have included a couple of simple screenshots - to see if this helps explain what I am seeing and if there is anything obvious I am missing.

I will share this discussion with the Support Center team to and ask them to get in touch with you directly.

Can only think it was an internal MG issue - don't think any of my local IT guys had got around to checking our firewall settings etc.

Community_Admin Jul 19, 2017 2:39 PM (in response to md.direct)Michel - I did some further investigation into the products associated with your Mentor site #. It seems that the support contracts have expired on each of them, which is preventing you from opening an SR. Only products covered by a Support contract are eligible for technical support (i.e., opening an SR) or access to the Support Center knowledgebase. To renew your Support contract, you can submit the form or use the contact info found here: https://www.mentor.com/support/en/renew. Please let me know if you have other questions.
