Different clearance for plane?

Hello,

Is there a way to change the clearance for a plane without affecting the rest of the copper on the same layer? For instance, I would like to do a copper ground pour on a plane that has components. I want the pour to be 40 mil away from everything. However, I also have copper shapes connecting components. These are much closer than 40 mil and will come up as errors. Basically, can I have a certain clearance that applies ONLY to the copper pour on a plane and still keep the clearances for the other copper shapes? Thanks!
