I am trying to do a Print Image simulation from command line.

First I invoke workbench using:

calibrewb -shell -s workAuto.tcl

This is my script (workAuto.tcl):

openlib -f autoSetup.in

#Create layout from GDS data

#set lin [layout create ../forb_pitch_analysis/layouts/full_set.db]

#dprintiml -in inlayout -bbox x1 y1 x2 y2 -out outlayout -cell outcell -layer layer -simpixsz simpixsz

And my setup file (autoSetup.in) is:

modelpath /home/Raghavan/.calibrewb_workspace/models

optical_model_load OPTICAL1 dipole_working

gridsize 0.001

background dark

######Layer Info

#Number Name Frag Ctl Type Transmission Mask Dose

layer 0 0 17 0 visible clear 0 1

setlayer dpi= image optical OPTICAL1 aerial_contour 0.3 dose 1

I get the following error

AT LINE # 8 of 'autoSetup.in'

SETUP FILE ERROR: Error

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Error loading Calibre WORKbench startup script file workAuto.tcl:

>>>> AT LINE # 8

SETUP FILE ERROR: Error

errorInfo >>>> AT LINE # 8

SETUP FILE ERROR: Error

    while executing

"openlib -f autoSetup.in"

    (file "workAuto.tcl" line 2)

ERROR:

fatal error running -s startup script.

Line 8 corresponds to

setlayer dpi= image optical OPTICAL1 aerial_contour 0.3 dose 1

in the setup file.

When I refer to the manual, nothing seems to be wrong with the line.

Any clues as to what's the error?
