          Hello,

Subnets in Connectivity report means that this net is partially routed. Turn on Connect Line visibility in Display Control > Connectivity and pick a color that is not associated with anything else and easy to see on the screen. Also check in View > Nets if you all nets visibilities are On.

Find where two subnets of routed traces missing a trace which should show as Connect Line (thin line).

          Regards, Yan

Since your errors are all coming from the one connector it may be that the decal pins are not defined as plated.  If you have a through hole decal with connections assigned to the pins you will need to mark the drill as plated otherwise PADS automatically considers it a connectivity error.  Select the connector, right mouse click, choose Properties, click Pad Stacks, and check the box for Plated if it is not already checked.
