Pour Shape ASCII Flag Definitions

I've got a bit of ASCII code here from the *POUR* section of an ASCII file.  I can see that the piece I'm interested in is in the FLAGS position.  The first ASCII text set shows a "64" and the second ASCII text set shows a "0"

I believe the "64" indicates that the Pour Shape has the Ignore Board Clearance box checked.  I think the "0" indicates that the Pour Shape has the Ignore Board Clearance boc unchecked.

I can not find any documentation that describes what the values of this Flag represent.

1. Can anyone point me to a source for definitions of Flag values?

2. Can anyone confirm that the "64" and "0" is indeed the check box for Ignore Board Clearance on the Flood & Hatch Options pop up that is in turn from the Drafting Properties pop up of a Pour Shape.

3. Is there a setting in the powerpcb.ini file that can be set to force that check box to be unchecked by default for all new pour shapes?  (or in a different file like the default.asc)
