Probably best to log an SR on this, can you attach the log files you will also see that a call home zip file has been created in your temp folder which should be attached.
Could you please tell me version of your service pack,In latest service pack (SP1306.21) this bug is cleared.

Per the Help/About menu item the version is 2011.1.114, which was released on 27 November 2011 (11:54 IST). Where would I find the version of the service pack if any?
If we had the updated service pack would the file be recovered?
