Transforming nucleus image to supply to QEMU emulator

    brendan.hanna

      Hello All,

I am currently working from the command line - outside of the CodeSourcery Code bench. I am using the tools supplied for ReadyStart Arm 2012.12.

So I have created, configured and built my QEMU nucleus system project. I have linked my application against the resulting library. So I now have a nucleus application built for the qemu (realview_eb_ct926ejs) platform.

What transformations do I need to perform so that I can run the application on the QEMU emulator?

Do I need to create a disc image? If so what format and how? Do I need to pass special options to the emulator to get it to run my nucleus application?

      Giddy with anticipation,

      Brendan
