I created a hierarchical block. In there a component (dual OpAmp) with 2 slots is used. Every slot symbol of the OpAmp has got the approbiate pins plus the supply pins. On the supply pin I connect 1 Capacitor.
This is all done once in the hierarchical block.
The problem is now, that each instance produces 1 capacitors. It instances each supply pin and the connected capacitors, but the intention was to produce 1 common capacitor for the 1 supply pin.
Is there a possiblity to suppress the instantation of the second capacitor in the second slot?
There is no way to suppress this, if you want only one decoupling capacitor then connect it outside of the reuse block to the appropriate global signals and it will connect correctly. You will have to bring the net out from the block to do this and connect one end to the global, the other to the supply pin net.
