Hello. I am drawing a mesh. And I must use a lot of traces like in the picture. Trace is not connected to a via or a pad.
But I can not add this trace.
Is there any way to terminate a trace with an blank end?
You should be able to do this. Is it possible you have a DRC error preventing the addition? Go to View>Message window and look for
an error message when you plow the trace. You may simply not have enough room and may need to adjust the spacing.
I am working DRC off.
And when I look to the message window it says:
Sketch must end near end of guide
What version of software are you using and what are you putting in the trace with? I assumed you were using the plow command?
Right mouse button>cancel plow or the escape key should terminate the trace cleanly.
I am using pads 9.5. Trace width is 5miles. I tried right mouse button commands but nothing changed.

Wow, that's a wide trace! What's the application?
