    DxDesigner - Ohm symbol

      Is there a way to display the "ohm symbol, Ω" in the Value property (324 Ω) , in DxDesigner (currently EE7.9.3) instead of spelling out 324 OHM?

          Not really, it's a great idea.  Too bad it isn't one of the lower characters in a Opentype font set.

           

          In rare cases (or with a lot of work) it is possible if you give up another character, for example if you are using a stroke font, you could design one to substitute for another character such as &.  Other programs may not be aware of the change though...  For example although displayed on the scheamtic as Ω the property window would still call it an &
