It looks like you are using a 3D xml file exported from Catia V5. The Capital Harness Interface exports the entire harness tree-structure and connectors, splices, and mechanical objects like clips, tapes, etc. Wires and multicores are not included. This is because they are already present in VDesign. You import the harness xml into VHarness, and then do a Wiring Sync to bring the wires over from VDesign into VHarness.
It is likely that your settings in V5 are not set correctly. Should be set like below:
This does not work retroactively, so be sure to link the bundles manually in your existing model. You can find steps in the V5 Docs under "Linking Bundle Segments". Then export the xml again, and import into VHarness.
There is also a possiblility that you are using Pro/E. The plugin also exports a 3D xml file, and also allows you to export the xml without wires. However, the symptoms seem to indicate to me you are using V5. If the above doesn't solve the issue, please send the model to email@example.com.
Received both zips. Will get back by EOD Fri/14/Mar...
Ok, Please check and resolve that problem as soon as possible.
I am waitting for your solution...
Sorry for the late reply i was little bit busy on my work. I resolved the problem.
Problem was 3D model breakout (Junctrion piece) issue. I replaced that break out then i imported to VeSYS 2. It is successfully imported.
