I've been struggle to hide a way to check the status of check boxes when the dialog box has tabs. If there are no tabs it is no problem. It seems like the section of the dialog box controlled by the tab as a seperate reference.
Thanks for any help.
I had the thought this morning I should have added a couple more details.
1- I'm working in Expedition PCB.
2- I'm programming using VB script.
Still need more detail. Which form and the use case. i.e. why are you checking the check boxes in that form?
The dialog is the "Batch DRC" form and the "DRC Settings" tab. I have a user that would like me to uncheck the "Check selected nets only" when it initial comes up. He has had several occasions when a net was selected but he wanted to check the whole design and only that net was checked. He would rather check the box if he wants to check the net other wise work on the whole design. Anyway, I can't find any of the checkboxes on that tab to see what their state is.
Thanks for your help.
Ah, for that one, I couldn't figure it out either so I wrote my own DRC script using the Automation PRO engine. It reports the results to an html file. This runs a full batch on all layers with the settings all being hard coded in the script. I call it a Design Review becasue it runs the full DRC, reports them and the number that have been accepted and includes the Design Status. Basically it's everything you need for a Design Review of your Hazards.
I liked it so much I have added it to the static portion of the FlipChip form.
