What are buses for in DxDesigner?

What are buses for in DxDesigner, if it`s necessary to put net labels on each pin anyway?

      Thanks for the response,

      Ekaterina.

Buses perform two useful functions, they allow you to group multiple unrelated nets into a 'bundle' (use Bus Contents for this functionality) or group related nets together (data, address etc). This in turn allows you to draw a single bus through your design and split out the required nets only where they connect to symbols, rather than drawing each individual net throughout the design. You could of course achieve much of this using just net stubs attached to each device pin but the use of buses aids in design flow and signal traceability.
