    Why does an error pop up if I respond to a thread - second attempt

      Hello Admin,

       

      I was trying to respond to your question on the web page and it didnt really work. So I made a screen shot and I thought to respond to your post using the email method, since I got an email from the notification system.

      The response you see is the response that came thought by email, with the picture attached.

       

      Later I I tried to access "Community_Admin [mentor@jiveon.com]" directly I got the following answer:

       

       

      mentor@jiveon.com
      mx1-in.phx1.jivehosted.com #<mx1-in.phx1.jivehosted.com #5.1.1 SMTP; 550 5.1.1 <mentor@jiveon.com>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table> #SMTP#

       

      so it seems that the only option for me to write to this web page is to start a new discussion every time, or to respond to the email that is send out to selected threads (if notification is set up)

       

      What is the way to send an info to an administrator by email if the web page does not work?
