Kabaleeswaran - thanks for your question. If I understand it correctly, you want to know how to change your email notification preferences. To change those settings, go to the drop down box in the upper right corner by your name and select Preferences. That will take you to a page where you can change your email notification settings. If you have other questions, please let me know.

I ever raised a post with similar topic, it proves to be impossible to change email address. It is fixed and un-editable. May it help.
Kabaleeswaran and Zhiqiang -- Because we are using 2 separate authentication systems, changing your email and synching it to your membership is a little more involved than it might seem. I hope to have more information for you today about how we can make this change. Sorry it is taking so long.

Hi Karrie - The issue as noted earlier in this thread is our use of 2 authentication systems that talk to each other to allow for single sign on with SupportNet. Especially in your case, since you are with a company that has an active support contract, changing your email will impact your ability to access SupportNet and vice versa. I will contact you separately to discuss further.

Hi Stefan - Sorry for the delay. We had our long Thanksgiving weekend here in North America. Thanks for letting me know about the upcoming email change. It sounds as if your company will be changing its email domain (and address). Mentor needs to make sure this change is done accurately in all of our business systems. Whoever at your company has primary responsibility for the Mentor relationship should make sure their Mentor Account Manager is also aware of this upcoming change.
Re: your community and Support Center log in, once you have your new email address, please let me know by email your new address and I can take care of changing it on the community side, and help update it for Support Center access, too.

I also had to go through this recently (due to change in company ownership) - the way I did it was log a call with Mentor Support to update my account.
(Downside it re-set me on this communities website)
