Within the Cell Editor you place Silkscreen by selecting the "Silkscreen Outline" Draw Type when placing graphics. This will allow you to draw silkscreen graphics that will be seen on the silkscreen top or bottom layers once placed in the design. Remember the correctly set your Layer and Display Conduction since our Cell Graphics within Xpedition is parametric allowing you to define different conditions for the graphics depending on Mount Side.
If your silkscreen is a text string, this is implemented by selecting the Text Type then the Layer for which to display.
