Using DxDesigner 7.9.1

We have a design which has been based on a previous design. The engineer has copied the old design using the job management wizard and renamed accordingley.

He has then gone into the new design and removed blocks from the old design which were not required.

The problem is that he now wants to add a new block to the design called "Power" but when he does DxDesigner returns the error the "Local symbol with the same name already exists" and prevents the adding of the new block.

A block called Power did exist on the old copied design but was deleted, and a new Power block is required for this new design.

I have packaged the new design, with full rebuild settings, and also done Tools:-> List local symbols.

The packinging of the design has not fixed the problem and the list of local symbols does not return one called "Power".

Therefore - How do we get DxDesigner to "forget" the previous defined "Power" block from this new project and allow us to add a new "Power" block?
