hi, there is no short cut for creating BGA.First create the pad then place the pad as per the x and y co-ordinates.after that assign the pin name finally. For example, consider the x and y location for BGA ball pins... 0 0 0 100 0 150 place the first ball pin after that copy the ball pin paste it for another location.check the second ball pin location by using CTRL+Q (you can able to change the pin location).after that assign the pin name later.
better post the datasheet with xy co oridinates i will try and create it
