Even after restarting the server we are getting same error message. please find below server log
No log file was attached. Can you include the parts of it where the error message appears? It would also help to see the INCREMENT line from your license file for the chharness feature.
There was some network issue and after performing server diagnostics in LMTOOLS the issue got fixed.
