If you have declined support then you'll need to open a non-technical service request on SupportNet or call 800-547-4303 and have one opened on your behalf. The order fulfillment team will verify your entitlement and then help you get what you need. It may speed things up if you can provide your most recent site ID when you make that initial contact.

Thanks for your response. I can't seem to find the non-technical service request link on SupportNet. Do you have it available, or is it something I don't have access to because of my lapsed maintenance?
It’s difficult for me to tell because my interface to SupportNet is different than yours, but I thought one of the options was non-technical. It’s would probably be easier for you just to call the 800 number and let the support center open it.
