Once they are added they will be available to be placed in schematic.
If you have a valid support with Mentor I'd suggest you to open Service Request in Supportnet to get the appropriate help from Mentor Support representative.
Thanks a lot Marco
I will follow your suggestion, anyway when I'm opening : Setup>settings>special components the box appear empty and there are nothing to select.
From the settings dialog you need to 'add' the components, for each type you wish to add click the 'New' button and browse to the library where the symbol exists, usually these are in two libraries, ports and links in the 'builtin' library and power/grounds in the 'Globals'. Once added they will appear in the Special components toolbar button and in My Parts - Special Components.
You should be able to find the information you are looking for in the documentation shipped with the software.
P.S. Which version of DxDesigner/xDX Designer are you using?
Thanks again !
I'm using DxDesigner 7.9.5
My Parts isn't available in DxDesigner 7.9.5 it was introduced in VX.1. But the parts will still appear in the Special Components toolbar button drop-down list.
OK I understood, was not very intuitive and clear how to navigate to get
Thanks both again.
