Tony - just log into SupportNet, then select the Service Request tab. Alternatively, you can try this link, but b/c it carried my log in credentials into the url (which I removed), there is a chance it may not get you there: https://supportnet.mentor.com/portal?do=servicerequests.open&lang=en
Your license file is likely missing one or both of these licenses. If they are missing you will see the 6629 error :
