Still not resolved. After upgrading to VX1.2, part quest no longer functional. Uninstalled and reinstalled PartQuest did not help. Uninstalled VX1.1 and VX1.2, clean boot then reinstalled VX1.2 only. Import part quest from tools menu linked directly to website, downloaded but cannot open *.pqz file. Installed recommended Partquest integration tool for Designer and original error(see image) returns. Ran Mentor's install program to verify installation and see these errors(see partquest error doc). This problem is also on websupport under ServiceRequest #  2846049879.

Any ideas or recommendations? This tool was helpful initially when it was first working in VX1.1.
