When exporting a PDF from the PCB design tools (e.g. DxDesigner) you can make properties visible through the menu's of the intelligent PDF that are not visible on the schematic (see attached example). It would be good if similar functionality is also available in VeSys, so that you can use print to file to generate a PDF and make all attributes and properties from a connector (or other components) visible through a menu in the intelligent PDF.
Smart PDFs can be generated using Capital Publisher. You can use VeSys xml file to generate PDFs from Capital Publisher.
Below is the snap shot of a PDF file generated from Capital Publisher for a VeSys wiring design. It allows user to view all the required information, namely, attributes, properties, cross-ref, Assembly BOM, etc.
