If you are using VX.1.2, then install the latest update as there were several fixes around update 8 time for CES Actuals.
If you are not using that release, then look for any extra pieces of trace, maybe inside pads. Running Diagnostics may give an indication.
If no luck after that, please open a service request and your local support team will assist you.
