Suppose that I have generated 3 power signals (VSSI, VCCI, VCCE) and that I want to calculate the metal (only one layer, for example M1) area (as a percentage) of each signal. Is it possible accomplish this? Someone may give me a hint?
That sounds like the single-layer form of Net Area Ratio to me. (Documented in the SVRF manual, svrf_ur.pdf.) Does this work for you, or is there something not quite right?
