Hello, how can one change the default size from B landscape to C landscape?
Setup - Settings - Schematic Editor - New Sheets. Also check the border symbol is defined for the sheet size in Settings - Borders and Zones.
Thanks Robert. The issue I'm still having is that when I make a new project using an existing project and border template, the border isn't showing up by default. Do you know how to fix this?
Make sure you have the following check boxes selected in 'Settings - New Sheets - Automatically add border to new schematic sheets' and 'Enable user-configurable border symbols', depending on your set up also check 'Use sheet 1 border for underlying schematics' unless you use a different sheet border for sheet 1 versus subsequent sheets.
If you are using a 'template' project from the templates directory 'path'\Templates\DxDesigner\... then ensure the borders.ini file pointed from the template project file is relative to the project file: in the *.prj file it will look ike this:-
KEY BorderSymbols "./borders.ini"
In the UI it will look like the attached. Then make sure the actual borders.ini file is in the templates folder along with the project. If these conditions are satisfied then when you create a new project using the template the borders.ini file will be copied to the new project folder.
If this doesn't solve your prolem then read this post Defining border attributes and border.ini file location
Thanks Robert. Selecting the two checkboxes under Border Sheet Options solved the problem
