There was a change in the handling of .ALTER statements defined inside .INCLUDE files.
To resolve the error, move the .INCLUDE statement to the end of the main netlist.
Hope this helps.
It was helpful. I moved the "include file" and resolved the issue. But it now gives an error as "ERROR 26: No analysis specified"
It only simulate the last .ALTER and ignore the others?!
I also moved the "simulations DC and TRAN" to the end of the main netlist before the include file and it gave an error as
"ERROR 46: No plot to display for TRAN analysis: Simulation stopped."
It's difficult to troubleshoot without the testcase. Make sure you have an analysis specified in the main netlist.
