I am trying to make some DC Drop simulations in my design where I have one 4-phase regulator which is made with two different components (2-phases each). Output of these two components is connected together to have the high current supply.
I have a set up the load in Hyperlynx PI, but my question is regarding how to configure the sources properly. Initial results show too much concentration of current in one of the two regulators, more than half which is what one should expect (more or less).
Is there any way to configure the load so the current sharing between the two components is taken into account? I mean, when I define these two components with VRM models, these models do not include any constraint regarding the maximum current each one could source.
