The Width and Test Width columns do not report any specific aspect of your design. These columns are used for impedance planning. You can enter a width in the Test Width field, and the stackup editor reports the impedance of a trace with that width in that layer of the currently defined stackup. Then in the Z0 Planning tab, you can enter the desired impedance for a trace in a layer, and the Width column tells you what width to make a trace in that layer to achieve the desired impedance.
If you want to verify correct translation of your design, you need to look at a few specific trace segments. In the board view, zoom in to view a segment. Right-click on the segment, and from the pop-up menu select View Segment Properties. The dialog window will show you the length, width, impedance, and delay of the selected segment.
Thank you !
