Instead of traces & vias I want to create shapes for ceramic PCB. Is this possible to define and create multiple shapes using ATTK?

AATK>FlipChip has many utilities in it for modifying and creating shapes. If you can explain your use case a little better, I can point you to different scripts that can create, copy, move or modify shapes.
I would Start with AATK>FlipChip>DDU
In 2.2 (I think) they moved Fat Trace Edit from Smart Utilities menu to the Route>Edit>Convert Trace/Shape. It will take a trace and make a shape out of it.
In AATK\FlipChip\Route there is a script called traceVoid-Planes that takes a route and adds a plane keepout on layers below and above the trace. You could modify that to take what is selected and make a shape out of it.
You can also use the mask engine to create any shape you want. You can use any existing object to start with, or create your own if you can define the shape perimeter with points. The central things you will work with are object geometries and pointsarrays. There is information on working with pointsarrays and the mask engine in the help documentation. The cool thing about the mask engine is that you can make different shapes, then combine them, subtract one from another, and grow/shrink them.
