    Version control with PADS Integrated

I am designing a PCB for a school project using PADS Integrated, and it would be useful to keep the project in a Git repository. However, I have a few questions and concerns:

      • Are PADS integrated projects entirely self-contained?
      • Are parts that I add/create/customize stored in the project directory or in some central database?
      • How loudly will PADS complain if I decide to revert to an older version of the project?
      • Within the project directory, are there any files or directories that should be ignored by the revision control software?
