This sounds like the description of a defect that was fixed in version 9.4.2. Can you upgrade to that version or to the latest, VX.2.3 update 2? If there is a business requirement to stay with version 9.4.1 then please open an SR on Support Center to see if we can get a workaround for you.
I asked my co-worker, they don't face this issue. I will try 9.4.2 if we have license for upgrade. Thank you very much.
