I am using the General Batch Wizard to evaluate ringback on a set of nets. Unfortunately, the wizard only seems to measure ringback when the stimulus is an oscillator or single edges. If I use the built in PRBS stimulus or a custom stimulus, the report will contain "NA" instead of the ringback measurements. Is there a way to get this to work that I'm missing?
Note, I am using V.2.3, but it is the Dec 19, 2017 build. Maybe there is an update that fixes this?
I think that the problem with this is that it becomes too difficult to separate the multiple random transitions from the ringback events. I can see where a 1-bit pulse in a PRBS waveform could get significant ISI and look like bad ringback. Then it becomes very confusing between ringback and attenuated pulse.
