    Checkout license Issue

I try to start vsim from my linux client machin. After approx. 2 minutes, I get message:

      user@machine:$ vsim

Unable to checkout a license. Make sure your license file environment variable (e.g., LM_LICENSE_FILE)

is set correctly and then run 'lmutil lmdiag' to diagnose the problem.

Unable to checkout a license.  Vsim is closing.

** Fatal: Invalid license environment. Application closing.

The license server (FlexNet) is deployed on a Windows server.

Both LM_LICENSE_FILE and needed PATH are declared in my environment variables. Furthermore, applying telnet, I can verify that the port on license server is accessible.

Running "lmutil lmstat -a" gives this message:

      user@machine: $ ./lmutil lmstat -a

      Vendor daemon status (on LICENSE1.server1.dk):

mgcld: Cannot connect to license server system. (-15,570:115 "Operation now in progress")

Anybody has any idea about the reason of this?
