I was not aware that these are checkboxes.
But all four are checked.
Unchecking and checking them again does not change anything.

profil - I did some investigation, and it looks like the primary site # you are currently associated with has an expired support contract for Xpedition. Since it is expired, your current capabilities on Support Center are limited to accessing some license, order and site information for the most recent product(s) that were covered by Support. Customers with an current Support Agreement can search the knowledge base and submit SRs.
It looks like you are associated with another site #. I will contact you separately email with a couple of options about how we might proceed.
