User who reporting the bug at first time should get paid

Question asked by yu.yanfeng on Apr 24, 2019

I used to take much times to let Mentor support guys to understand the bugs. To avoid time wasted, so I began to stop reporting bugs from years ago.

last month, one of my collegues requested me to help to trobleshoot problems in newer relewease of xlayout 2.X, Hyperynx 2.x and I found servere bugs in new release.

I have to register it on the supportnet, again  and bad things happended, Mentor guys doesn't know where is the bug , they let you do much to help them to know the bugs...

It seems a better to make quality release that every user who report the bug at first time should be get paid 1000$
