I met some WARNING problems when I run Caliibre PEX. Does these Warnings lead to the final results error？ Which warnings are unnecessary to modify?
Without knowing your design or rule file, I can't really say. Many of the errors are about nets connecting in more than one place. Is this expected? If not, it could be due to the obsolete rules (though I don't think any PEX statements should change the netlist construction; that is usually handled by the LVS phase).
I would recommend checking that your rule file is using statements other than the obsolete ones to define resistance and capacitance -- the foundry should be able to help with that. If at all possible, use a version of Calibre with the same year as the rule file to prevent surprises. You can often get older versions of Calibre by contacting support.
