I want to check clearance between two particular tracks in multilayer board. Is it possible to do in design verify?
Currently I am using vx1.1 version
You mean z-axis clearances or x,y?
I actually want to do DRC verification for two particular nets. I tried view>>clearance>>net to net. In this way it is giving me only minimum clearance that too excluding copper pours.
Is there a way to find all the places where DRC violation (for clearance and creepage) is happening between two nets.
All you constraints which you set in Constrain Manager controlled by Online DRC. So you can just open Hazard Explorer to View all of violations. Also you can run Batch DRC
for creepage distance you need to use HyperLynx DRC Rules
Is hazard explorer available in version VX1.1. And can we check the DRC violation in the way I asked earlier. As for now, I was verifying design using Tools>>Verify design>>Clearance>>start, but it is giving violations for complete design, and it is difficult to find for net-to-net basis.
PADS isn't going to give any clearance error for traces on different layers. Also, the Verify, Clearance check should be checking the screen area only, so zoom in to reduce the errors to the area of concern.
You can use the Clearance tool to check distance between traces on different layers though. Don't change the setting to "Net to Net"... just leave it on "Item to Item". You can change the Selection Filter to "Traces" only if that helps pick the desired objects. You could also turn off layers that are not of concern of set the desired layers in the Selection Filter.
