You should try and add VeSys to your "Products".

If this was your first SupportNet visit, this "choose your products" screen is the first thing you will see after logging in. The system is product-specific and cannot function unless at least one product is selected for the profile.
Normally a window would pop up to offer a link to a demo of how to select your products if you are on that screen for more than a certain period of time. I'll investigate to see if that functionality might not be working.
