According to the latest data sheets (see below) the officially supported OS versions are Windows XP and Vista, although it is worth noting that just because Windows 7 isn't "officially" supported it doesn't mean that it won't install and work.
Unless someone on the forum has seen this before and knows the issue I would recommend that you contact customer support who can walk you through any potential problem areas. I had difficulty getting VeSys 2.0 running because my Antivirus software was blocking some of the ports or web communications or something and the support staff sorted me out.
I am sorry to hear about your installation problems, however please note Windows 7 support for VeSys 2.0 is coming in summer 2010, we are in the process of validating our installation programs on this new Windows platform.
