Is there a short description on how to solve this issue?
The technote should have all the info you need, however if you contact Customer Services or your Account Manager I am sure someone will be able to assist.
I have installed vesys 2010.1. As soon as i restarted my computer i get a message window
"Port 49908 in use
vesys 2.0 manager failed to start.
the port 49908 is already in use,please try another.
Port can be chaged in C:\MentorGraphics\vesys2010/config/vesysmanagerprops.xml"
and if i try to start the vesys 2010.1, the another window pops up.
Application terminated due to difference in Server and Client versions. Client:2010.1SP1008.10, Server:2009.0.SP0909.14"
Any ideas whats causing this.
It sounds like you have an earlier version of VeSys 2.0 still installed... If you look in your services (Control Panel), you might find that 2009.1 services are still running - please stop those and restart your 2010.1 services (set the default for the earlier version to become a "Manual" start).
Should you have problems with this - then I recommend contacting Customer Services.
