Can I import 2 or more library (symbol with padstack) at the same time?

Hi, at default only allow one path which point to the main library.

But we have one case which we need to load local library which is modified but do not want to put into the main library.

How can I load 2 path library at the same time?

I believe this question might be asked by someone, I failed to search on the related topic.

Really hope there has a solution for this, thanks.

          Hi Sam,

It is possible to use two libraries with Dx/Expedition, at least in 2007.8. Point to your local library and install all the parts you want then Package. (Don't worry if you get errors or if it does not complete successfully.) Change the library, install more parts then Package again using "Only extract missing....".  This way you get X% from library #1 and (100%-X%) from library #2.  Forward annotation thereby becomes a two step process also.

          Good luck,

          Mike
