Don't you have the dxarchiver? This tool creates a ZIP of the entire design and it doesn't matter, if the design is open or closed.
yes, I have the dxarchiver. How can it be used in an automation script. If I call the dxarchiver out of the command window, it seems that you have to use the GUI.

do you know for what the option -c is used? I tried to use it, but I didn't see any changes in the output name.
dxarchiver creates a file called DxArchiver.xml, which stores the configuration. It is looking like
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
You can create your own configuration and call it with the -c option.
