By default, HyperLynx takes Signal Integrity & Timing measurements at the pin, not the die. This is done for both standard batch analysis and DDR analysis. You can force HyperLynx to take measurements at the die by adding the keyword "Timing_location Die" after the [Component] header in the IBIS model, e.g.
